How to activate the key and start playing Resident Evil 3 Nemesis (1999): 

1. If you don't have the Steam client installed, download and install it. 
2. Sign in to your Steam account or register a new one if you don't already have one. 
3. To activate the key, select the "Activate a Product on Steam..." in the "Games" or "Add game" section in the lower left corner of the application and select "Activate a Product on Steam..." there. 
4. Enter the activation key (you need to buy Resident Evil 3 Nemesis (1999) to get it). 
5. After that, the game will be displayed in the "Library" section, and you can download Resident Evil 3 Nemesis (1999).
