How to activate the key and start playing Directive 8020 - Digital Deluxe Edition: 

1. If you don't have the Steam client installed, download and install it. 
2. Sign in to your Steam account or register a new one if you don't already have one. 
3. To activate the key, select the "Activate a Product on Steam..." in the "Games" or "Add game" section in the lower left corner of the application and select "Activate a Product on Steam..." there. 
4. Enter the activation key (you need to buy Directive 8020 - Digital Deluxe Edition to get it).
